The idea of making an album of Christmas carols in the Irish language took shape some years ago when Angela spent time on Inis Meáin, one of the Aran Islands off the coast of Galway. The idyllic setting inspired her to put together a collection of works written in the Irish language and shaped by the faith and rich musical heritage of the country.
